Well we are off and moving!!!
Doing 6am Nia on Thursdays! What an experience to get up before the sun and dance to the sunrise - beautiful! I recommend Nia as a great way to begin a day!

Healing Touch Ministry
We had a wonderful evening at St Lucas Lutheran Church. It was our monthly Healing and Meditation time. We did not have many walk-ins however the practitioners had time to receive hands on. It was great to be in receiver mode!

Nia Dance Party - June 19
Come dance into summer with Sizzling Summer Fun. Nia Party from 5:30-7:00pm at Integration Yoga Studio on Bancroft St. Suggested donation $5.
Essential Oil Monthly Meeting - June 18th
This is open to the community. It is a time to learn and share about essential oils and their importance for health and wellness. Our topic will be the Thieves product line along with new oils for summer including Copal (one of my new favorites!!).
June 18th - New Nia Morning Class
Well, we had fun at the morning Nia bootcamp week - so, we are going to continue with a one day a week 6am Nia class at Integration Yoga Studio on Bancroft St. We will be rising with the birds!
Nia Party at Wildwood Athletic Club
June 13th - This was my first Nia adventure at a fitness club. They were a great group and we did a more athletic Nia. It may be a new additional location for Nia classes - wait and see!
